I really love to snack with smoked mackerel with garri ijebu (fine cassava granules). It has a crunchy and sour taste that I so much enjoy during summer.

This is one of my favorite traditional breakfast as a kid. Beans fritters with African corn pudding (akamu/ogi). I made the corn pudding couple of weeks ago with organic corn and stored in the refrigerator. I like to take the corn pudding with honey and some powdered milk dissolved in few tablespoons of water. Pap is very rich in fiber and the beans is also rich in protein.
