Slightly over four years ago, 2 Salty Sarges rolled out with two beat-up bodies, a food truck, and an unreasonable amount of confidence that our meat game could take on Denver Metro... Turns out we were right about the meat... Having a combined 30+ years of service in the Army, we were wrong about our bodies... From surgeries to strokes... Joints that sound like a bag of gravel every time we climb into the truck- it’s time...
Here's the update: we're closing up shop! No shady soft-launch, no "taking a break," no vague nonsense... We're done, and we're proud of every single bite we served getting here...
We're not disappearing overnight! The truck and trailer will be up for sale late winter, early spring 2027... Or sooner if the right offer walks up and makes it worth our while... Until then, we've still got diesel in the tank and meat on the grill...
This wasn't just a job... It was breweries, courthouses, corporate parking lots, weddings, graduations, and every single one of you who showed up hungry and left as family... You are, without a doubt, the best part of the last four years, and that's saying a lot...
So get your asses out here while you still can... Come get one last taste of the flavors nobody in this town has ever come close to touching...Bring your appetite, bring your people, and let's send this thing off the way it deserves, loud, greasy, and full of garlic aioli...
