I wanted to give everyone a quick heads-up on our schedule for the Independence Day weekend.

There will be no City Market on Saturday, July 4. So get your pickup or delivery orders in! We also will not be accepting orders for Saturday delivery.

Our normal schedule remains otherwise:
Local Pickup: Monday–Thursday at 5:00 PM (Town Creek Park)
Local Delivery: Friday from 4:00–6:00 PM throughout Auburn, Opelika, and surrounding areas.

If you'd like fresh pasta, ravioli, sauces, lasagna, or any of your Pasta Fresca favorites for your holiday weekend, be sure to place your order before Friday!

City Market is back this Saturday morning (6/27) in Town Creek Park from 8-11am. But there will be NO market next Saturday since it is July 4th! So come see us and stock up tomorrow morning!

We're bringing all items from our normal CM standing menu, some Porcini Cream Sauce since it sold out every time we brought it FAST, a limited amount of Lemon Oil, and a few new imported retail items (EVOO and Balsamic included). We also are bringing 3 versions of a Gluten-Free dried pasta. 😉

We are using the quiet(er) week to catch up on our inventory and have added our Italian Meatballs, Spicy Italian Sausage, Pesto alla Trapanese, and Lemon Robiola Ricotta Cheesecake to our coolers. One of the greatest rewards of this little business is getting to know our customers and being a small part of their family's table. I say it all the time.... meeting so many great people has been my favorite and unexpected part of Pasta Fresca!

Anne has been with Pasta Fresca di Auburn since the very beginning, found us at City Market, and we're incredibly grateful for her support over the years. Thank you for your kind words!

Her favorite, for health reasons, is our Whole Wheat Fettuccine. We package it in frozen nests in a way that makes 2 servings easy and consistent for them to cook and serve (1/4LB nests).

At Pasta Fresca di Auburn, we believe great pasta is about more than fresh ingredients and premium products —it's also about reasonable pricing, customer service, relationships, and doing things the right way every time.

Heads up! Given tomorrow morning's change to parking at Town Creek Park, and that our @ City Market setup requires a very heavy chest freezer(!), we will not be able to participate at tomorrow's City Market. 😭

We honestly weren't sure what today would look like after the weather we had this morning. We almost didn’t even fully setup it was raining so heavily! But City Market never disappoints and it’s customers always show up!

Thank you to everyone who braved the rain, the mud, and the heat to support City Market and all of the local vendors today. Days like this remind us why we love being part of this community. We appreciate every customer who stopped by our booth, shared a kind word, and took home a little fresh pasta.
