Give our ready-to-bake Roasted Vegetable Lasagna a try! It is layered with roasted Yellow Squash, Zucchini, Red Bell Pepper, and Eggplant. The pasta sheets are made from our Fresh Spinach Pasta (that's 5 vegetables!), and the sauces are our house Besciamella and Marinara (SM tomatoes makes 6!). LOL! We toss in some Mozzarella Cheese because lasagna isn't lasagna without cheese.

Stock the freezer with two Pasta Fresca specialities: Italian Meatballs and Spicy Italian Sausage. We make both in our kitchen, even grinding our own pork shoulder and belly for the sausage! Both are packaged frozen: the meatballs by the dozen and the sausage by the LB.

Pickup: Monday–Thursday at 5pm at Town Creek Park
Delivery: Friday & Saturday, 4–6pm

Why pasta? I get asked that question alot. My answer is always that it is a creative outlet. Pasta offers almost limitless variations in flavoring, colors, shapes, and textures. But it also can be a part of almost a million different meals!

For example we recently spent a long day in the kitchen and wanted something quick and easy. So I grabbed some Spinach Fettuccine from our freezer, white onion, frozen corn and english peas and made dinner. No sauce… just butter and EVOO. It took longer to boil the water than it did to make the dish! Not bad for a lazy night dinner. This meal highlights a pasta with a beautiful color, popular shape, and overall a healthier alternative than takeout. Vegetarian too.

City Market is down to only 3 Saturdays left! We'll be there this Saturday morning (08/15) in Town Creek Park from 8-11am. We're bringing all items from our normal CM standing menu, some Porcini Cream Sauce, a limited amount of Lemon Oil, Spicy Italian Sausage, and some of our Pesto alla Genovese and Pesto alla Trapanese. We also are bringing 3 versions of a Gluten-Free dried pasta. 😉See you tomorrow morning!

Our schedule this week is little different since we were once again offered the opportunity to participate in this summer’s Cheers on the Corner event with our friends at .
