We offer handcrafted sourdough bread, celebration cakes, granola and more, made from fresh ground whole grains. Hello, my name is Rachel, and in 2023 I founded Grainy Days. Grainy Days is a woman owned and operated, certified home-based micro bakery, located in Atwater, California. My love for baking has been a lifelong passion. From an early age, I've always insisted on using only the finest ingredients and baking everything from scratch. I firmly believe that to achieve the highest quality, it is essential to have a hand in producing your own ingredients. My goal is to produce as many ingredients I can, and source others from local, small farms. My menu offerings change with the seasons and are made from freshly milled whole grains. At Grainy Days, the ethics of earth care, people care, and fair share form the bedrock of our operations. Every decision I make is guided by these principles, ensuring that we not only produce exceptional baked goods but also contribute positively to the community and the planet.
