HEAR YE, HEAR YE: I'm so tired! I do an extreme lot by myself with no complaints so with that being said,

1) I'm n need of a carpenter! U must know how to replace rotten wood n the floors under the crawlspace, jack up houses, repair or replace sheetrock, paint, placement of ceramic and vinyl and preferably know how to do plumbing!
I HAVE 3 PAINT SPRAYERS, 3 DRILLS, ELECTRIC CHAINSAW, GAS CHAINSAW, 2 GIG SAWS, SOME MATERIAL 2 START, HAMMERS, AND MOST STUFF NEEDED!
I'LL BE PURCHASING A COMPRESSOR AND NAIL GUN IN THE MORNING!

2) I need a plumber if the carpenter is not 1!

3) I need a deck built!

P.s. I don't play about my money! U will not get paid until u complete what u are being paid 4! I don't play with my workers money so your cash is guaranteed! You must be willing to sign a contract before starting any work and after work is completed! I keep records 2 show who did what and who got paid for what and your signature proves U got all your money! It's grimy people out here so I'm covering my assets at all cost!

WHEN NEEDED: CAN START TODAY!
