Happy 250th Birthday AMERICA!

Happy 250th Independence Day, America! 🇺🇸

Today we celebrate the birth of a nation founded on the radical truth that our Creator has endowed us with unalienable rights — Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness.

Two hundred and fifty years ago, brave souls fought for the freedom we still cherish today.

That same spirit of freedom and restoration lives at the heart of Vet Roots Abundance Club. We exist to help veterans Heal, Harmonize, and Harvest through regenerative farming, therapeutic gardens, community-supported agriculture, and holistic wellness.

We’re creating spaces where veterans can rediscover purpose, reconnect with the land, and rebuild lives rooted in harmony with God’s creation.

This Independence Day, we honor the liberty our nation was built on by helping our veterans truly live free — free from isolation, free from unhealed trauma, and free to thrive again.

“He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.” Psalm 147:3

**Vet Roots Abundance Club**
Veteran-Led Community Therapy Garden & Wellness Initiative

Vet Roots Abundance Club is launching a Kansas-registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit veterans organization dedicated to healing, connection, and growth through nature and creativity.

Founded by veterans, we are building accessible community therapy gardens that combine horticultural therapy, expressive arts (writing, drawing, nature-inspired creativity), and trauma-informed support to promote mental health, resilience, and belonging.

Our mission:
- Provide safe, low-pressure spaces for veterans, families, children, seniors, and individuals with special needs to experience the restorative power of plants and gardening.
- Offer school enrichment programs, experiential field trips, and community workshops focused on social-emotional learning and wellness.
- Support remote and hybrid counseling services (once licensed) to reach those who need flexible, home-based care.

We believe in permaculture principles—working with nature rather than against it—to create sustainable, beautiful gardens that give back to people and the earth. Every plant, path, and gathering space is intentionally designed to support healing, mindfulness, and community.

Currently in development, our first community garden site is in the works, and we welcome volunteers, donors, partners, and supporters who share our vision.
