Have you tried our Chef's Creation Crawtator Grouper, it is our signature dish Two filets of Grouper, coated with Zapps Crawfish flavored potato chips, Sauteed and served over Jalapeno Gouda Grits and Sauteed Spinach. Topped with Cajun Crawfish Creak Sauce ...... It is not only our signature item but we were granted a Trademark ..... It is Unique and oh so delicious.
