Today, on what would have been her 89th birthday, we’re celebrating our founder, Arden Zinn, a woman who was never afraid to do things a little differently!

From getting Atlanta moving through Ardenics, to delivering fresh juice around the city herself, to turning a single juicer in her kitchen into what would eventually become Arden’s Garden, Arden spent her life finding ways to help people live healthier lives.

Her energy, generosity, and passion are still at the heart of what we do today. So in honor of Arden’s 89th birthday, today we’re drinking like it’s 1995 and celebrating with:

Before there was Arden’s Garden, there was Arden! 🌱💚

Arden’s Garden was founded on Arden’s belief in Good Health For All™ and her mission to bring health and wellness to the Atlanta community and beyond.

From opening her first fitness studio and leading football players through Ardenics, to making fresh juice in her own kitchen and personally delivering it around Atlanta, Arden had a way of turning what she believed in into something she could share with everyone around her. And eventually, in 1995, that little juice business that started in her kitchen became Arden’s Garden.

Next Saturday, Arden would have turned 89, and we’ve got something special planned to celebrate her, our Atlanta community, and everything she started. Stay tuned for more details Monday, and swipe to see how Arden’s Garden came to be! ✨
