She taught me to be patient and understand that baking is not only a science but also an art. Each time I step into the kitchen I get a warm nostalgic feeling that reminds me of good times with her. Only in my wildest dreams did I believe I could make a career out of something I loved so much. Throughout the years baking remained just a hobby but I stepped out on faith and fully pursued my passion

I have honed my skills through culinary courses culminating in receiving my PME master certification from world renowned Chef Nicholas Lodge at the International Sugar Art Collection.
