Behind every beautiful Chef B experience is a TEAM making sure you never hear about what’s happening behind the scenes.
A little BTS from Brunch Tea with Chef B… and clearly, I was running behind on EVERYTHING. 😂😭
Christain — my Event Designer & Coordinator, making sure the vision, design, setup and flow of the event come together.
Anthony & Martin — my Administrative Creative Directors & Overall Event Coordinators, keeping the moving pieces organized, keeping me on schedule and making sure the entire experience stays on track.
Aleeia — my Host & Guest Concierge, taking care of our guests, keeping the energy going and making sure their experience feels seamless from beginning to end.
And then there’s Chef B… getting told in my earpiece, “YOUR TIME IS UP!” while I’m still trying to do 15 other things. 😂😂
But that’s the part our guests never see.
They don’t hear the countdowns.
They don’t hear the last-minute changes.
They don’t see the problem solving.
They don’t know when we’re running behind.
They don’t hear everybody getting Chef B ALL THE WAY TOGETHER. 😂
They just get to enjoy the experience.
And THAT is what a great team does. 🤎
There is so much that goes unannounced behind every event we produce. The beautiful tables, the food and the final photos are only one side of it.
I literally have HOURS of behind-the-scenes footage. 👀
Should I start showing y’all more of the REAL BTS — the chaos, the laughs, the problem solving and everything it takes to bring these experiences to life?
Because trust me… I have STORIES. 😂
