Throughout 2020 we watched and we waited. That mostly just led to stress and high blood pressure. Things are still crazy and there are so many other things to focus on. Even though we would have loved serving treats and rolled ice cream to our community, we’ve decided to no longer move forward with nICEly rolled sweet treats. 😕 We hope you all stay safe, happy, and healthy! 💕

There’s another food truck in danger of getting shut down here in Carrollton 😕 Signing these petitions and fighting for these businesses now not only helps them but it helps to pave the way for our rolled ice cream trailer later! Thanks y’all! 💕

We’re still taking a pause on the rolled ice cream trailer for now, but this could stop us from rolling out once we are ready. 😕 We just think there are more important things to focus on besides the colors of buildings and where food trucks park! Signing this position will help out a local business owner who happens to be a really great guy, and will help to make sure that our trailer and other food trucks can succeed here in Carrollton! 💕

We’re still stuck inside, but we’re still baking! It’s something to do, right? 🤷🏽‍♀️😋

A friend was celebrating a couple of family members birthdays and wanted something special. So Jennifer whipped up some super tasty Peanut Butter Cakes and beautiful French Horns filled with whipped cream 🤤 And then one day when she was bored, she made some adorable rolled and dipped Coconut Macaroons! They were all so delicious we decided to stick them on our site! Check out www.nicelyrolledsweettreats.com/treats to order yours or shoot us a message and we can set you up. The macaroons can be dipped in milk, white, or dark chocolate and rolled in any of our tasty toppings and are only $18 for a dozen. The French Horns are $25 a dozen and for local delivery only.

And even though things are a little crazy right now, we’re still trying to figure out a way to bring rolled ice cream to the wonderful folks of Carrollton! Keep an eye out for updates, hopefully we’ll be rolling soon!! 💕

Like a lot of small businesses, we’re just waiting this out and hoping for the best! But we have an idea to try and help you guys out for the upcoming Easter weekend 🐰🌸🐣

We make tons of sweet treats that would be great to share with your household this Sunday, or just as a nice dessert for yourself 😋 So for this Saturday only, we’ll be offering contactless delivery for anyone in the Carroll County area. For a flat price of $20 we’ll do a bundle of your favorite treats (like a dozen cake pops or our new Lemon Crinkle cookies, or half a dozen of our new Oreo cupcakes, or a couple loaves of our Snickerdoodle bread, or a box of dipped and rolled pretzels, you get the idea!) and drop them at your door sometime on Saturday. 🧁🏘

Obviously we’ll only be able to do a handful of these, so if you’re interested send us a message now so we can start a list!

We know things have been a little crazy lately, but at least Spring is here! 🌼🌷🌸 We’re doing these tasty cake pops just in time for Easter, and Apple Rosettes are perfect for dessert or a snack really anytime of day! Happy St. Patrick’s Day! 🍀 With everything that’s going on, we’ve decided to slow our roll a little bit.
