Next week I will be making:
1. Barbecue chicken quesadillas - you will receive freezer bag with chicken thighs, sautéed mushrooms, red onion and bbq sauce, quesadillas and mozzarella cheese. You will have to put in the slow cooker, shred chicken and make quesadillas
2. Food truck style Cuban sandwiches- you will receive meat and seasonings in bag, and buns. You will put the meat in the crock pot, shred when done and assemble sandwiches
3. Baked cheesy spinach tortellini- you will receive frozen casserole, you will have to bake it when you are ready for all the cheesy deliciousness 😁

I can do 2 ($15) or 4 servings ( $30). Please message me if interested in any or all meals. Delivery will be on Sunday. Thanks!

Since I’ve been working at Publix and not getting home until 6:30 usually, I’ve been meal prepping freezer meals so we can still have delicious, home cooked, healthy meals. This week we had a simple Ragu with pasta, chicken taco bowls with rice, Asian style grilled pork chops, and cheeseburger pasta. I am thinking about selling these meals if there is an interest. I would put a menu out of meals I will be making and you can choose which ones and how many. A meal for 4 would cost about $30. Please let me know if you would be interested in this service. I love it when I have it together enough for meal prep for the week on Sunday. It’s 2:30, and meals are ready 😁 the menu is:
Sunday: BBQ chicken sandwiches
Monday: chili and cornbread
Tuesday: beef and bean burritos
Wednesday: homemade spaghetti
Thursday: BBQ chicken pizza and regular pizza
Friday: pork loin with bacon garlic green beans

I will be selling breads for a limited time. Today I made mom’s delicious strawberry bread (really should be called cake) and banana chocolate chip bread. I’ll be coming out with more this week. Stay tuned. Bread is $10 a loaf.

Hey friends, happy Friday! For next week, I will be making Big Mac salad in a bowl; box with hard boiled eggs, cheese and ham, and an anti pasta skewer box with pickles a s olives. Message me what you would like by Saturday please!

Menu for week of February 22nd 2021:
1. Mason jar salad: spinach, strawberries, feta, pecans , chicken with balsamic/olive oil dressing
2. Deli box: turkey and cheese roll ups , carrots, olives
3. Taco bowl: chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, sour cream

Meals are $6 each. Let me know what you want by Saturday and I will post when ready for pick up in Cu***ng on Sunday. Thank you!

1. Mason jar salad: lettuce, cucumbers, mozzarella balls, tomatoes, chicken with balsamic/olive oil dressing
2. Deli box: turkey and cheese wraps, carrots, olives
3. Taco bowl: ground turkey taco meat, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, avacado, sour cream

Welcome! I am starting my meal prep business again. I will post a menu on Friday and you can choose what meals you want, how many and if you have any special requests (no tomatoes) by Saturday. I will prepare meals on Sunday and they will be available for pick up on Sunday afternoon, I will post when ready. Each single meal will cost $6 and you can pay by cash or Venmo. Please return containers.
