CACAO COOLER

A refreshing afternoon (or anytime) chocolate drink, featuring cacao nibs from Doulou & W***y's Coffee & Cacao. Easy to make, and good for you too!

You'll need:
🤎 1/4 cup Doulou & W***y's ground Cacao Nibs
🩵 1 pint of water
💙 Agave Syrup (or sweetener of choice)

If you have a tea infuser, it'll make things easy. Otherwise, put the Cacao Nibs in a glass jar, and fill with cold water. Let it sit overnight, or up to 18 hours.

Filter it through a steel coffee filter if necessary, then add your sweetener to taste -- 4 teaspoons to a pint is my recommendation. Honey, cane sugar, monk fruit, and even artificial sweeteners work fine, but I have found that Blue Agave Syrup complements the chocolate flavor very well, and metabolizes in your system in a friendly way. Pour over ice, garnish with a cinnamon stick, share with a friend, and enjoy!

Coming Soon: Chocolate, the Way Nature Intended

For years, our Dark Chocolate Cacao Bars have been built around one simple idea: let great cacao speak for itself. This summer, we're taking that idea one step further.

We're excited to introduce a new generation of Doulou & W***y's Dark Chocolate Cacao Bars, crafted directly from whole cacao beans. Instead of starting with processed cacao powder, we're going straight to the source. Premium cacao beans are carefully roasted, cracked, ground, refined, and transformed into rich, velvety chocolate right here in Georgia.

Why does that matter? Because every cacao bean carries a story. Just as coffee from different regions develops its own unique character, cacao beans express subtle flavor notes shaped by the soil, climate, and growing conditions where they were raised. By working directly with the beans, we're able to preserve those natural nuances—the fruity notes, earthy undertones, floral hints, and deep chocolate flavors that often disappear during heavy processing.

The result is a chocolate experience that's richer, more complex, and more authentic. It's chocolate with personality. Chocolate with a sense of place. Chocolate the way nature intended it to taste.

CARIBBEAN BLEND

When I want an all around, great cup of coffee, I reach for the Caribbean Blend. This is my signature blend -- a mix of my favorite beans from Central and South America. It's got a light and playful feel to it. Wonderfully flavorful, balanced cup, light and slightly acidic, with nutty and fruity notes. Great for an afternoon pick-me-up. It's my personal favorite.
