Take a peek behind the scenes as we make our Osaka-style Okonomiyaki from scratch in the Kula kitchen. 🥢💖

This is made with homemade dashi and house-made tenkasu, benishoga, cabbage, green onion, aonori, bonito flakes and our special Kula touch—15-hour smoked Kalua pork. 🌺

Every one is made fresh, one at a time, and we only make a limited number each night.
