Hot Hula Chicken is our spicy take on Chicken Teriyaki — juicy, smoky, sweet, spicy, and seriously addictive.

It starts with our house-made teriyaki marinade, then gets kicked up with sriracha, sambal oelek, and chili garlic sauce. The result is a bold new flavor we can’t wait for you to try.

Try it as an appetizer at dinner with a small salad for $14, or choose it as your chicken option with our teriyaki lunch or dinner entrées.

Yakiniku Beef Plate is one of the most popular dishes at Kula Hawaiian Kitchen 🤗

Thinly sliced ribeye is cooked in our house-made yakiniku sauce, bringing a perfect balance of savory and sweet. For lunch, it’s served with our house-made Hawaiian macaroni salad; for dinner, it comes with stir-fried vegetables.

Another guest favorite is our Smoked Salmon Musubi. We use our own house-smoked salmon, gently pressed into musubi—available in your choice of two or four pieces.

We’ve been fine-tuning our recipe, and it’s finally ready. Bright, tropical, and citrusy, featuring perfectly sized shrimp for the ideal bite. Served with crispy tortilla chips, it’s fresh, vibrant, and made to share.
