The black flag flies today for Ted Turner. A man who only listened to his inner voice. It told him to take on a formidable challenger in the greatest sailing race in the world. He beat the challenging team 4-0 and won an Americas Cup in 1977. It also earned him the name “Captain Outrageous.”

Ps. The man started CNN. He changed the way we all absorb news toady. He would be so disappointed at what 24 hour cable news has become!!!
