It is with great disappoint that we are canceling Saturday's cook due to mother nature taking the spotlight. We'll cook in the rain but not in the storms. The briskets will be next weekend.
With that being said, we are currently up and cooking for todays lunch and early dinner. Come see Cowboys Smoke N BBQ at O'Reilly for lunch today. Shredded smoked BBQ chicken, ribs, smokey Joe's, smoked baked beans, and smoked baby potatoes (fully cooked this time). We'll be ready to serve at 11a.m today.

This week we'll be serving lunch and an early dinner on Friday. Shredded smoked BBQ chicken sandwiches, smokey Joe's, very limited ribs, with our smoked baked beans and garlic buttered baby potatoes as sides.
Saturday we're serving up some wonderful pulled pork, and 5 big briskets, our baby potatoes, and baked beans as sides. Come early, as our brisket tends to sell out very fast. We'll start serving between 10:30 and 11a.m. both days.

We would like to thank the Angola VFW for hosting the su***de awareness event yesterday, and allowing us to cook for their event. It was a good turnout and a good amount of money was raised for a very worthy cause. We would also like to thank all of our loyal followers that showed up to help us support this event. It really touched my heart seeing our regular customers showing up. Sometimes, thank you , just isn't enough.

It has been brought to my attention that today's baby potatoes were not quite done. For this I apologize, no excuses being served here. Just a promise to pay closer attention to detail in the future. With that being said, today was a sell out ( except for the potatoes). Thank you Angola and all of our followers for a fantastic day. Tomorrow we are at the Angola VFW for their annual su***de awareness fund raiser. This event is open to the public and we hope to see a lot of our regulars there as well as many new faces. Come help us support a very worthy cause.

Friday at O'Reilly we will be serving Burnt Ends, chicken breasts, smoked sausage, smoked and seasoned baby potatoes, our signature baked beans and our wonderful Mac n cheese.

Saturday at the VFW we will have St.Louis style ribs, smoked sausage, chicken leg quarters, wings, mac n cheese, and Tammy's homemade coleslaw

Sorry about the late post this week. We've had a family emergency that has been needing our attention and time. We will be set up on Friday at O'Reilly, serving from 10:30 till gone. Saturday we'll be at the angola vfw for the su***de awareness fund raiser. I'll post this weeks menues tomorrow morning.

We would like to thank The Gauntlet for having us at their event for the fourth straight month. As always it was a pleasure and we actually had great weather for a change. Thank you again

Well Angola, we sold out and packed up BEFORE the rain hit. Thank you for a wonderful 2 days of letting us do the cooking. We'll be at the American Legion tomorrow. It's a public event, so feel free to come see us. Thank you all.
