Jane's Jam And Jelly

Small batch, real fruit, no preservatives, great flavor. That’s what I’m creating with Jane’s Jam and Jelly. If that sounds like your thing, message me and let’s talk jam.

There’s a lot more to making jam than putting fruit in a pot. Every batch takes time, a little patience, and I love seeing those jars cool on the counter. Real fruit, no preservatives, just straightforward flavor.

For me, great flavor comes first. Small batch lets me pay attention to those little details.

There is something special about taking real fruit and turning it into something you can enjoy long after the season has passed. That’s what I love about making jam. Small batches, crafted carefully, fruit center stage.

I’ve got a fresh batch of fire c***r ready. Spicy and comforting, and perfect when the weather gets colder. It’s got that kick of heat I love.

Jane’s Jam and Jelly started with jars of homemade jam, but I’m realizing that the vision is much bigger than the jar.

There are new flavors to create, markets to attend, products to explore, and ideas that keep popping into my head.

I’m taking my time, learning as I go, and building something that I hope will be around for a long time. Thank you to everyone who has been following the journey!

A little while ago, I asked what kind of jam or spread you thought I was making next and Char Morgan got it right! 🎉 “Apple Butter “
