Tomorrow at Spenard Farmers Market!
What's the difference between jelly and jam? You should be able to see through jelly, especially if the light is right, jam can be chunky.
What's a conserve then? Even chunkier, often with bits of fruit and nuts floating in it. This has been your Jam moment of the day. 😀

This Saturday at the Spenard Farmers Market I will be giving away these small treats that I'm calling "Dolly" cups. They are in honor of the passing of Dolly Parton and her cup a cup a cup cake recipe from Steel Magnolias which is all the rave on the internet right now.
This version is gluten free of course; it is one cup of flour, one cup of sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda, a pinch of salt, and a whole 15 oz can of fruit cocktail. Bake in the oven at 350° for 35 minutes.
Only have a couple dozen available, so first come first serve, or you can use the recipe to make your own for your friends and family. 🙂

Good morning Delightfuls! I will not be at any markets today, instead I'm going to treat myself to lunch at Giggling Fox who will be at Palmer "Shakes and Bakes". Shakes and Bakes is a free to attend event that has food trucks, craft vendors, and some shows so you can have both a meal and entertainment.

Rain or shine I'll be at the Spenard Farmers Market tomorrow!
This week I have two different kinds of creampuff available; Vanilla creampuffs and Raspberry creampuffs. Also, since it is berry picking season, instead of a box of cheese puffs I'll be offering buckets-o-cheese! Same great taste (and quantity) just in a bucket, not a box.

You can also purchase empty buckets to fill up with the cheesy treats you make yourself at home. :)

Important dates!
I will be at the Spenard Farmers Market this Saturday, August 22nd, from 9:30-2:30. I'll also be there on September 5th and September 19th. After that I'll be looking for a place with a roof and heat like the Midtown Mall or some such.

I once had someone say I should also post the dates when I'm "not" going to be somewhere...I'm pretty sure that's inferred.

Basically if you don't see me, then I'm not there.
