Not long ago I was blessed with an invite to attend the 41st Annual W**e & Food Festival. Raising funds for the American Cancer Society. Lots of money was raised, lots of drink were drank.

And then there's the food. Presented by a myriad of top Alaska chefs. Sometimes im curious how "the rich" eat, but this gave me an interesting insight into the culinary preferences of what we consider high society.

Every once in a while it's good to get into this side of life.

My father passed away a year ago today. I hope I've made him proud.

The only question is, are we doing fried chicken, or fried catfish?

Well, thankfully, you dont have to choose anymore 🤣 Peep the new menu and let me feed you and your family this coming Sunday!! Come try the long-awaited eggnog pie!! I know it's been a minute, but we are back on. And dont worry, if you want the Neiman Marcus cake, I still got that too.

Pick up will be this coming Sunday, the 20th, as early as 2pm.

UAA Culinary Arts Bakery Cart knows how to make a man's day. Running into Riza Brown was a great bonus, and meeting with Jen Motyka was icing on the cake...literally. Every sweet and savory pastry was at our disposal and we were so into it. Nose deep. God help us all.
