In the morning, we’re having waffles! You’ve seen us grill on site and flip pancakes on site - but have you seen us cook waffles on site? It is a great sensory experience for the guest with the sizzling of the batter, the steam in the air, & the aroma of waffles!

And yes - all eggs are hand cracked. No powdered eggs here. This week we went through about 90 dozen eggs.

Also featured, last night’s plated dinner. Consisted of house salad, rolls, marinated chicken thighs, ribeye, mashed potatoes, green beans, vanilla bean cheesecake with macerated strawberries or chocolate tuxedo cheesecake with water and tea on the tables!

It’s homecoming Friday! That means we are fully booked with Honors & Awards Ceremonies! Follow along to see a few of our events today.

Highlights includes cherry cobbler cupcakes, cookies & cream cupcakes, mini cheesecakes and LOTS of glassware!

Take a look! Part 3 - The Finale!

A private event for a group of donors featuring marinated chicken, skewers, stuffed mushrooms, glazed meatballs, bruschetta, and our cheesecakes. Our handmade cheesecakes for this evening were vanilla bean with macerated strawberries, chocolate, tuxedo, and a gluten-free no bake cheesecake option. Paired with our hosted mobile bar service with glassware, an absolutely beautiful residence with a perfect mood and weather for the evening.

We’re always featuring & showcasing our full service and on-site events. I figured it was time to show some love to our lunch boxes! These include sandwich, gourmet cookie, & chips. We also have a simplified LTO version with sandwich, chips, & pickle!

Lunch boxes are our bread & butter - we do them day in and day out. This week we’ll do around 500 boxes. Have you had them before? Which one is your favorite!
