🔥 **SOMETHING SMOKY IS COMING THURSDAY.** 🔥

We’ve been working on this one for a while, and this Thursday we’re bringing the **Smokehouse Joe** to River Hall! 🤤

This isn’t your cafeteria sloppy joe.

🥖 Piled onto a toasted Kaiser roll

We’re rolling into Roosters Produce TODAY — Saturday, August 15 — from 11:30 AM–5:00 PM! 🍖🔥

Not gonna lie… it’s been one of THOSE mornings over here. 😂 If it could go sideways, it apparently decided today was the day.

But the smoker doesn’t care about our problems, the food still needs to be served, and we’re ready to turn this day around with some good food and even better people! 🙌

🔥 River Hall… Y’all Did It Again! 🔥

Another Thursday in the books, and we just want to say THANK YOU! ❤️

Every week we roll up to the Amenity Center hoping you’re hungry, and every week you show up for us in a big way.

We love seeing familiar faces, meeting new neighbors, and watching you try (and come back for) your favorites. It truly makes this whole thing special for our family.

And we’ll be honest… standing in a 120° food trailer for hours 😂🔥 is a lot easier when we see that line outside and all the smiling faces coming back for more.

We really feel like we’re on a flavor journey with this community, and we’re loving every stop along the way. Every month we’ll keep bringing something new for you to try.

🚨 Ladies and Gentlemen, it’s Thursday!! 🚨
Which means we are at The River Hall Amenity Center tonight from 4pm until 7pm (later if requested by residents) to serve you some this amazing, delicious, low and slow brisket. These have been on the out for 24 hours and ready for your 🤤 Brisket Grilled Cheese, Brisket Sandwich or Brisket Street Tacos 🌮. Come by and see us tonight, we will be serving up all the favorites!
