Its been quiet. So i will share one of my favorite recipes that I made tonight!
👩🏻🍳Cook kielbasa of your choice in a large pan. Transfer that to a bowl with paper towels to absorb the grease.
👩🏻🍳in that same pan, add in diced potatoes and mushrooms. Cook until tender. I add jarlic (jar garlic), halfway through, onion powder, mineral salt and pepper and a teaspoon of butter. When done, add into mixing bowl with kielbasa.
👩🏻🍳add kale, picked tiny with your hands to cover the bottom of the pan and half a bag of spinach. Here i use kinders the blend and parsley and sometimes so red pepper flakes. Cook until soft and wilted.
👩🏻🍳put the burner on the lowest heat, add everything from the mixing bowl to your greens, cover with cheese of your choice - i used tilamook thick cut cheddar mix. Add pan top and let it all marinate, melt and mix together.
👩🏻🍳serve. Plenty for left overs.
