We want to go ahead and apologize to all our neighbors for starving you to death for the next several hours 😬 Our briskets have hit the smoker and the savory aroma is in the air. We also have the trimmings rendering down to make our tallow 😁 The briskets will be ready to come of the smoker tomorrow morning just in time for our customers luncheon.

If you’ve been wondering why there hasn’t been much activity on our business page here lately, I promise we had a really good reason…Our Pit Master had back surgery 😮. Don’t worry I’ve taken very good care of him and he is ready to roll some smoke. We have private catering events for the rest of the month but we will be on the road in October. Our first event will be in Alderson on October 3rd for the Appalachian Harvest Festival, then for October 9th, 10th and 11th we will be at the WV State Fairgrounds for the Country Roads Classic. We will keep our page updated on upcoming events so you’ll know where to find us. We are back baby!!
