It’s been a minute, we miss you all very much!!!

A lot has happened since our last outing, for example WE MOVED TO MEXICO!!!
So we are temporarily CLOSED in the states!!

Even though it was unexpected we are always thrilled about new adventures, El Káahal Nuestro is still going strong out here, we are in the middle of making one of our dreams come true🥰

We can’t wait to be back though to serve you all once again!!!

It was such an awesome experience if you would of asked me before we started if we would do an ALL Vegan menu, my immediate response would of been no way!

Now that we got asked… We couldn’t WAIT!!! We’ve grown so much, learned and one thing that makes us very proud is that we go for it, we rather try and fail then sit there and “what if it”
Today We can say it was a success… Scary, nerve wrecking, but one of a kind CANT WAIT TO DO IT AGAIN kinda of experience🥰

It’s one thing to see these beauties in someone else’s post, but when it’s yours…. It’s inexplicable! I’m in love with them! Thank you so much for your beautiful work🤍

Everything I see with our name, takes me to the drive between Panamerican and home brainstorming on what was that name that was gonna properly represent us, the logo that i doodle while laying on my belly, thinking about the colors running every 2 seconds to show Raul and that feeling when brought it to life and made it that much better.

Our name means a lot “Káahal” is mayan for new beginnings, foundations, start, establish, origen. We made it OURS El Káahal Nuestro Our Foundation, our beginning, our everything.

It’s been the most beautiful year with lots of growing pains, lessons, blessings, beautiful people, awesome food truck family, that name that was perfect and had a beautiful meaning, now has life thanks to you all, you are OUR KÁAHAL✨♥️
