Meet the Chef // Chef Mokage 🔥
You may know him as Chef Christopher from the Rail Yards, from one of his pop-ups around the city, or maybe you went through culinary school together at CNM. Some know him as Chris. Others simply call him Chef Mo.
Around here, we know him as .
Within minutes of meeting him, we had a feeling he'd be a great fit for the Ocean Desert family.
Strong communication, attention to detail, a true sense of urgency, and a willingness to grow, those qualities stood out immediately.
With a background rooted in fine dining and formal culinary training, Chef Mokage brings years of experience, creativity, and professionalism to our kitchen.
After only a few shifts, it's already clear he's the kind of chef who absorbs everything around him. He asks questions, supports the team, and approaches every service with purpose. We have no doubt it won't be long before he's confidently leading shifts and helping shape the future of Ocean Desert.
