Crispy sesame-crusted Trident Wild Alaska Po***ck, silky ginger noodles, and plenty of savory sesame sauce. We'd happily clean this plate every single time.

Sesame Crusted Po***ck with Sesame Ginger Noodles (Trident Wild Alaska Po***ck Loins):
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 20 minutes
Total Time: 35 minutes
Servings: 4

Ingredients:
4 Trident Wild Alaska Po***ck Loins patted dry
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs, beaten
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/4 cup white sesame seeds
1 Tbsp black sesame seeds
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 Tbsp neutral oil

For the Sesame Ginger Sauce
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp rice vinegar
1 Tbsp toasted sesame oil
1 Tbsp fresh ginger, grated
1 garlic clove, grated

For the Noodles
8 oz lo mein noodles or spaghetti
2 cups baby spinach
2 green onions, sliced

For Garnish
Toasted sesame seeds
Fresh cilantro
Extra green onions

Instructions:
1. Cook the noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic.
3. Place the flour in one shallow bowl, the beaten eggs in a second bowl, and combine the panko, white sesame seeds, black sesame seeds, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a third bowl.
4. Dredge each Trident Wild Alaska Po***ck Loin in the flour, then the egg, then the sesame breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to coat.
5. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the po***ck for 4 to 5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
6. Add the cooked noodles and spinach to a large skillet or saucepan over medium heat. Pour in half of the sesame ginger sauce and toss until the spinach wilts and everything is evenly coated. Add green onions and toss to combine.
7. Place the noodles into serving bowls. Top with the sesame crusted po***ck. Spoon the remaining sesame ginger sauce over the fish and garnish with toasted sesame seeds, cilantro, and green onions.

When most people think of Alaska crab, they think of what's on the plate. But behind every king crab leg, snow crab cluster, and Dungeness crab is a much bigger story.

Harvested in Alaska's cold, clean waters from the Bering Sea to Southeast Alaska, crab fisheries support fishing families, coastal communities, and a seafood tradition that spans generations. Using highly selective pot gear, fishermen harvest crab under carefully managed regulations designed to support the long-term health of the resource.

Each species brings something unique to the table. King crab is known for its large size and rich, buttery flavor. Snow crab is prized for its delicate, sweet meat, while Dungeness crab offers a tender texture and subtly sweet, nutty taste.

For more than 50 years, Trident has worked across Alaska's crab fisheries as a catcher, a buyer supporting independent fishermen, and a processor bringing Alaska crab to tables around the world. Trident also helped pioneer modern crab harvesting with the Billikin, the first offshore vessel designed to both catch and process crab at sea(built in 1973 and still working the grounds).

Swipe through to learn more about the species, fisheries, history, and people behind Alaska crab.

Wild Alaska Salmon Day is about more than what comes out of the water. It is a reminder of the people, places, and history behind one of Alaska’s most important seasons.

From Bristol Bay to the communities that help support the run, salmon has shaped livelihoods, traditions, and working waterfronts for generations.

Today, we’re taking a moment to recognize the scale of that story, and the people who keep showing up for it, season after season.
