Been here many times but will not be back. It started with our waitress. She brought drinks and never came back. She was cleaning and setting tables instead of waiting on people. I went to complain and asked for a manager. The hostess followed me to my table to see where we were seated. By the time the manager came into the room our waitress had decided to take our order. I figured the manager would stop but he didn't . Instead he talked to someone at a table (someone the staff apparently knew) then left and didn't return. When the food came one of my party noted to the waitress that her shrimp were very charred and overcooked. She didn't seem to care and walked away. She also didn't bring our soup and had to be asked several times about it. She finally brought it when we were half way done with our meals. The food was underwhelming at best. Overcooked shrimp and dry overcooked chicken on several plates. When we mentioned this to the waitress she again didn't seem to care. I was drinking iced tea. On 3 different occasions she brought me sweet tea I had to return. There were issues with other beverages at the table as well. After she cleared our remaining plates when we were done eating it took 10 minutes to get our check. What an all around terrible dining experience. I would not return and would not recommend anyone else does.
Although I love their food and was so in the mood for it today.... not real happy right now with them.... I got to the bar, sat down, and both waitresses looked me in my face and didn’t ask if the could help me... after about 10 minutes I got up and left....I asked the owner if I had to ask to be waited on... he basically told me yes.... ummmm, I didn’t know me sitting at the bar wasn’t enough.... the responded to everyone else that came up to the bar....
Place is awesome I like the montrose roll!
