Vegan Meal Skip the store-bought versions and whipup my all
-natural blueberry Gatorade! It's fresh, naturallypacked with electrolytes, and comes together in justminutes.My strawberry, kiwi, and orange versions have all gone viral,so I'll be sharing a new flavor each week. This one is myfavorite yet!All you need are six simple ingredients: coconut water,aloe Vera juice, blueberries, lime juice, salt, and a touch ofhoney or maple syrup.

-Two Ways: Slushy or Regular
-Serves 2
Ingredients
·11/2 cups coconut water- natural electrolytes + potassium
·1 cup aloe vera juice
- antioxidants + digestive support(Substitute with regular or decaf green tea, or use additionalcoconut water)
·11/3 cups blueberries
-vitamins + antioxidants
·1 tbsp lime juice
-electrolytes + refreshing citrus flavor
·1/4-1/2 tsp salt
-replenishes sodium lost through sweat
·1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
-natural sweetener
·1-2 cups ice
-for slushy version
·Lime slices and blueberries-for garnishInstructions
1.In a blender,combine coconut water, aloe vera juice,blueberries, lime juice, salt, and honey or maple syrup.
2.Blend until smooth.
3.For a regular drink, strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove pulp.
4.Pour over a glass of ice and garnish with lime slices andblueberries.
5.For a slushy version: Add 1-2 cups of ice to the blenderwith the other ingredients. Blend until smooth. No need tostrain,pour directly into a glass and garnish as desired.
