Running a food operation, especially mobile-comes with many challenges naturally. Juggling shopping, scheduling help, preparing for events, getting equipment to and from, and cooking are all a part of the job but one of the biggest task is passing inspections. The list of requirements is lengthy but in particular food inspection is one that we strive for perfection. From food purchases made from approved locations, labeling, and storage down to cleanliness we have earned a perfect score with the Health Dept. just prior to this last weekend. I thank you to those who have helped make this possible and those rooting for us. Congratulations Pit Crew! Keep up the good work!

🇺🇸🔥 This Memorial Day, we fire up the smoker in honor of the heroes who gave everything for our freedom. Today we remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice so we can gather with family, friends, and good BBQ.
