Because of the incredible support this weekend, we’ve run out of more things than we ever expected to, so we won’t be opening for Dusk tonight.

Thank you to everyone who came in, brought friends, told people about us, shared our posts, and supported us this weekend. We’re honestly so grateful and blown away.

We’re going to use the next few days to restock and get everything ready, then start our regular hours Thursday morning.

We’ll see you then.

A restaurant doesn’t get built by job titles.

Meet Zane Triplett our General Manager, and Forest Knauff, our Executive Chef.

They’ve been in this from the beginning. The planning, the demo, the building, the menu, the problem-solving, the long days, the late nights and the endless little decisions that come with trying to turn an empty space into a restaurant.

And they’re both really good at what they do.

Zane knows hospitality inside and out. Forest is an incredibly talented chef. But what we’ve appreciated most is that neither of them came in just to do their jobs.

They rolled up their sleeves and helped build this place.

We couldn’t be more excited for you to meet them, and to finally taste what they’ve been working on.

So, what exactly is Dawn & Dusk?

Depends when you walk in.

During the day, it’s Dawn. Breakfast, brunch, lunch, good coffee, good food, and yes, bring the kids.

After dark, it’s Dusk. Cocktails, w**e, small plates, lower lights, and spinning vinyl.

Same address. Completely different mood.

Opening week hours

Dusk
Thursday - Saturday • 5 - 10 PM
Sunday • 5 - 8 PM

Dawn
Sunday brunch • 10 AM - 2 PM

It starts Thursday at 5.
