涼麵
源自北平，生根台中，歷六十餘載，鄉里相傳。
獨到製麵工序，堅持當日現作，不摻化學製劑，口感與衛生齊重。
醬汁為苦心精研，如人生百態，五味俱陳。
兩者相佐，舖以青翠，貌素簡，嚐之無不驚艷，欲罷不能。
晨昏朝暮，皆宜裹腹。浮生碌碌，何不親嚐
以之對待味蕾腹腸，乃一大樂事也。

麻辣湯品
訪川蜀耆老，淬鍊麻辣香料精華，微調其方，力求不偏不倚，萬民皆宜。
辣、麻、香、韻，悉含其中。嗆辣之域竟有中道，沒齒難忘。
紅白豆腐相互發功，各有其所，以嫩勁吸納湯汁；欲謙卑卻由不得己。
