謝謝大家拿麼用力的愛，更感謝大家的包容與支持，第一次東河場域的清明連假洗禮，忙到全身痠痛的我們深刻檢討自身的不足與需要改進之處，期許之後往更好的狀態邁進。

里厚！本週有營業！
為各位帶來薯條週，本週主廚新菜色是「柑橘核桃豬肉捲薯條」和「鹽醃香料牛五花薯條」搭配大人味胡椒威士忌醬，肉品軟嫩多汁是自然，帶有層次的香料風味更是讓人驚喜，希望新料理也能成功擄獲大家的心。😜
謝謝大家對煙燻肉品三明治的喜愛，這週三明治跟漢堡都不會出來見客喔！相信大家一定很困惑我們為何一直更換菜單，其實這樣更加重我們準備的困難跟時間，比起為什麼，我們更想說Why not? 不停嘗試新菜色更有挑戰更有趣啊！如果嘗試失敗也沒關係，代表我們太跳tone，需要再努力改進，所以這陣子就麻煩大家多多包容了！
另外，預告3月底及4月連假的兩週，我們會把各位心心念念三明治帶回來和大家相見的，敬請期待😍

雖然每次都這麼說，可是說再多次都不夠，真心感謝每一位支持我們的你，讓我們可以持續保持任性，唯一能做的就是產出更多有趣的料理，讓我們每次相見都可以有不同的驚喜與期待。

潛水三週，大概已經被演算法消失，還是要大聲說我們這週會工作，而且是帶著全新菜單和大家相見。

新的一年，希望能以更有趣的方式呈現BBQ料理的多種樣貌，當然也是為了滿足私心，讓手殘哈波爆發的料理魂不會無處安放，於是，我們將不定期更換菜單，以一期一會的心帶來更多驚喜。

餐點跟座位一如既往地有限，請務必提前預約座位及預訂餐點，台東很大，路途遙遠，隨性就只能隨緣，

Thank you for dining with us. Super stoked to see everyone is satisfied with our BBQ. Due to our poor chef's health situation and Carrie wants to enjoy CNY with family, we won't open until end of Feb.🤞
