The broth is rich and flavorful but not too salty. Their Tonkotsu broth is slow-simmered with pork bones, pork skin, and whole mature hens. The Chicken broth is elevated with massive amounts of chicken bones, mature hens, and fresh veggies.

Where the name "Danmu"(淡暮) comes from? It translates to "Twilight" that's inspired by the famous "Tamsui Twilight" which is one of the Eight Views of Taiwan!
