永晉藥膳坊所有產品均接受訂購後開始製作，備材、取藥、烹調製程約３～５天。坊內特有專業調配區，採用特級中草藥材，雞肉均當天採購烹煮，所有湯品均照古法一帖藥量比例加入食材烹蒸而成，非大鍋湯調製而成，口味自然香醇。

永晉特色：
● 所有湯頭均不使用鹽、味素、香料提味，口味純正自然。
● 調味用酒為紅標米酒、十年窖藏陳年紹興、特級高梁。
● 茶包系列及雪蛤盅使用純正冰糖調味。
● 一品鍋土雞肉、CAS肋排、素料均為優等食材。
● 個人盅之肋排為CAS優良肉品，衛生可靠。
● 素食刀具、砧板與過濾器具皆與葷食分開。
● 專業人員為您配料、烹煮、諮詢。
