[ Meet The W**e : La Galoche Beaujolai ]

一瓶喝起來很快樂的薄酒萊🍷

如果一款酒有個性，這瓶大概就是那種，剛坐下還有點安靜，喝了幾口後，大家就開始聊天的人。

Domaine Saint Cyr 位於法國薄酒萊南部，由家族第四代釀酒師 Raphaël Saint-Cyr 掌管。
接手酒莊以前，他曾親眼看見祖父與叔叔因長期接觸葡萄園裡的化學藥劑而影響健康。於是，他在 2008 年回到家族酒莊後，決定將整片葡萄園轉為有機耕作。

這不是為了追趕流行，而是希望葡萄園、土地，以及照顧它們的人，都能活得更健康。
“La Galoche”則是一條流經酒莊旁的小溪。Raphaël 把這個名字留給了酒莊最輕鬆、最有歡聚氣氛的一款酒。

使用 100% Gamay 釀造，開瓶後有草莓、覆盆莓、紅櫻桃與淡淡紫羅蘭香氣。酒體輕盈、多汁，酸度明亮，單寧柔和，尾韻帶著一點草本與清新的礦物感。沒有厚重的木桶味，也不需要太嚴肅地品飲。稍微冰涼一點，反而更好喝。

很適合搭配炸雞翅、松露薯條、牛肉薄片，或只是和朋友坐下來，一杯接著一杯地聊天。

A Beaujolais that makes you happy🍷

If this w**e had a personality, it would be the kind of person who’s quiet when you first sit down, then gets everyone talking after a few sips.

Domaine Saint Cyr is a family w**ery in southern Beaujolais, now run by fourth-generation w**emaker Raphaël Saint-Cyr.

After seeing the health effects of chemical treatments on his grandfather and uncle, Raphaël returned to the family estate in 2008 and began converting the vineyards to organic farming.

“La Galoche,” named after a small stream beside the w**ery, is made from 100% Gamay. Bright, juicy and easy-going, with notes of strawberry, raspberry, red cherry and a touch of violet.

Chill it slightly and pair it with fried chicken wings, truffle fries, beef carpaccio, or simply good friends and a long conversation.

It’s not a w**e that asks you to take it too seriously.
It’s a little reminder that w**e is supposed to be fun. :)

10 月的 Hecho，強檔活動一個接著一個！

週五晚上，先來 Sound Tasting！邊品酒，邊聽黑膠

台中爵士音樂節，Hecho準備了露天爵士演出與黑膠 DJ！

月底，日本 Finger Drumming 先驅 KEIZOmachine! 空降台中，帶來一場節奏滿滿、難得一見的現場演出。

活躍於市集與獨立音樂節的 Hawaii，被朋友稱為「不老妖精」。有著二十年的 DJ 經歷，選曲創意十足，能在慵懶的午後注入一點亮色與驚喜。
