IG跟蹤起來「」，我們沿用當時2018年剛回彰化創業的第一間店英文名字，墨爾本 Melbourne 的縮寫~

經過休息了一陣子、以及去了趟上海近半年的餐飲考察，我們決定要在台北駐點啦！

一樣是澳式墨爾本風格的獨特早午餐～ 🥑🥓

擺盤跟食材，一樣美美的，唯一變的是我們擺盤的盤子跟咖啡杯😆

🫶🏻我們先下課囉～ 🙏🏻

在台中創業至今也快6年了，從一開始在彰化的MELB&CO 到現在的the.OZ.

我們決定在2025年的第一週，下課！

時光飛逝、青春是一個過去了就回不來的2個字。

許多人問為什麼這麼突然要把店收起來呢？甚至等店收了才公告... 我一律的回答是，人在每個階段會做不一樣的事，更何況是我們，想做什麼就馬上去做。

你說可惜嗎？完全不會這樣覺得，反倒是珍惜⋯珍惜有這個機會認識到這麼多的「高質感」客人，許多也成為了摯友。

我們不要難過，也不要婉惜，我們往前看，過去的事是過去式，未來才是王道啊！

也謝謝大家這幾年來的支持，還有身邊的家人朋友的幫忙，精神支柱就是你們。

Today we have decided to close our beloved the.OZ brunch cafe . We have started our journey beginning from Changhua "MELB&CO"2019 to the.OZ now 2025.

It is bitter sweet to have to announce the news after we have already closed the shop , it's not a good bye , it's a whole new beginning for our crew members .
