Billy叔叔 食堂 自家經營小廚房

公仔麵是香港著名的速食麵品牌，1960年代末公仔麵面市時，以三分鐘可以煮熟為綽頭，迅速為香港人接受，公仔麵亦成了香港人稱呼速食麵的代名詞。

公仔麵原由香港永南食品公司生產，產品以一個「公仔」作招徠，故亦以「公仔麵」命名。產品推出後大受市場歡迎，此後雖然多個速食麵品牌相繼推出，但香港市民至今仍習慣統稱所有速食麵為「公仔麵」。

在眾多速食麵品牌中，公仔麵定位為中高檔路線，其主要競爭對手為日本日清食品推出的出前一丁；1989年日本日清食品品株式會社收購永南食品，永南成為日清食品的附屬公司，「公仔」品牌依然被繼續使用，並推出公仔點心等產品發展中國市場

本店的公仔麵一率都是使用"出前一丁"喔:)))
