The Pavilion by Cup of Joe Caribbean The Pavilion Restaurant and Clubhouse Bar is located at Tobago's premier resort, The Villas at Stonehaven, close to Stonehaven Bay.

The restaurant features a menu of elegant Caribbean comfort food created by the popular culinary show Cup of Joe Caribbean. Lead by the host Joel Villafana and his culinary team, the menu features a sample of local and international cuisine with delicious culinary twists on traditional dishes. Opening hours are Thursday to Sunday. Tapas are served from 12 noon and dinner service starts at 6:00 pm. Restaurant closes at 10:00 pm. The Restaurant also features a half moon infinity pool, a perfect back drop for nature's sunset display. The impressive and welcoming Clubhouse lounge and bar is the perfect spot for a pre or post dinner drink and serves a range of cocktails and wines. The Restaurant and Clubhouse facilities are also available for wedding receptions, family entertaining, private/group dinners, and corporate events.
