Our Story

About Us: Luna’s Bistro is run by a husband and wife pair aimed at offering hand crafted, made with thought and consideration, gourmet meals. The husband ( The Chef ) believes in simple fresh foods and a promoter of the ‘Farm to Table’ food model, that is, offering meals based on the availability of the crops produced and livestock reared. This allows fresh, not processed foods to reach your table, taking out a myriad of chemicals and allowing for showcasing of the rich natural flavors of the food itself. Wouldn’t you like to know how your produce is grown? Or how the meats you eat are treated? We believe that all life is significant and as such treated ethically. We like free range animals not treated with chemicals, but allowed to grow naturally and enter the cycle of sustainability. We promote local farmers, vendors and small businesses.

We appreciate feedback because we are realistic in our understanding of the modern lifestyle and want to help you eat as best as you can. We’re not trying to force our ideals onto you but more so find a way for healthy and good eating to balance.

We compost our kitchen waste and feed those in need when we can. Giving back is extremely important to us and we believe it to be the best way for the world to solve a few outstanding issues.

The future for Luna’s? We are aiming for our own sustainable farm, using earth responsible techniques where we can truly provide a “Farm to Table” experience. The short term goal for Luna’s on Palmiste Boulevard is to provide you with healthy and great tasting food options for the everyday life while continually reducing our waste till we can say we are a Zero waste establishment.
