Terms and Conditions for Park & Fly Service at The Regent Star Hotel
1. General
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Park & Fly service offered by The Regent Star Hotel. By utilizing the parking, shuttle, and related services, customers agree to abide by these terms.
2. Parking Services
Parking is available on an hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly basis at the published rates.
Customers must ensure their vehicles are properly secured before leaving the premises.
The Regent Star Hotel is not liable for loss or damage to vehicles or contents unless caused by proven negligence.
3. Shuttle Services
Complimentary shuttle service operates 24/7 between the hotel and the airport.
Customers are responsible for arriving at the shuttle pick-up point on time. The hotel is not liable for missed flights due to delays beyond its control.
4. Security
The parking facility is monitored by 24/7 security systems.
While reasonable care is taken, the hotel does not guarantee absolute protection against theft or damage.
5. Stay & Fly Packages
Packages include hotel accommodation, parking, and shuttle services.
Reservations must be confirmed in advance and are subject to availability.
6. Payment and Refunds
All fees must be paid in full prior to or upon arrival.
Refunds are only available for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must comply with all posted signs and instructions from hotel staff.
Vehicles must not contain hazardous materials or illegal items.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Regent Star Hotel shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Park & Fly service.
9. Amendments
The hotel reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on official communication channels.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Trinidad and Tobago.
