Most of the time it shows. YouTube has become my baking teacher, and anytime I don’t know how to do a technique in a recipe, I look up a video and hope that I can replicate the skill that’s being demonstrated. I do not offer full fondant cakes. Fondant decor is possible on buttercream cakes.

Wedding cake and cupcakes done in August.

Cake was all chocolate with chocolate ganache filling and buttercream icing with fondant swags and artificial florals.

Cupcakes were chocolate and vanilla with buttercream frosting.

Every year I make Snoopy's Birthday Cake.
It's gluten free, meat free and no preservatives.
This year I made a Bento almond flour carrot cake with peanut butter frosting.

I wouldn't say Snoopy has a strict diet but we do try to control what he eats. I make his treats and birthday cakes.
He loves pancakes, sada roti and butter, rice, noodles but all in moderation.
He's a sucker for carrots, apples and cucumbers.
And he sometimes gets steamed pumpkin or sweet potato mash for dinner.
