Chef Carlos' blackboard is back, and May is looking seriously good.

First courses cover a lot of ground this month. There's a Beetroot, Avocado, Orange and Blue Cheese salad, a classic Prawn Cocktail, Scotch Egg, and a beautifully delicate Salmon Tartare. The White Asparagus with Smoked Salmon and Béarnaise Sauce is back, alongside Foie Gras Ravioli, a Chef Salad with Smoked Duck Breast and Balsamic Dressing, and a Scallop Wrap with Bacon Vodka Sauce.

Fish of the Day brings Grilled Haddock with Spinach and Mushroom, Brittany Cod with Spinach and Potato, and Grilled Seabass with Spinach and White Wine Sauce.

For mains, the Beef Short Ribs at 950 baht are not to be missed. There's also a Surf and Turf with Pork Loin and Tiger Prawn in a Burnt Cauliflower Spicy Sauce, Pork Loin with Potato and Baby Cos, Chicken Leg Roulade with Smoked Corn Puree, and a Kurobuta Pork Chop with Mustard Sauce.
