Our carbonara inspired Tagliatelle.
Smoked pancetta, loads of rich KohYaoNoiFarm egg yolks, plenty of black pepper and, of course, crispy bits on top.
Yes, it’s not authentic. Yes, Italians might look away. And yes, it’s still bloody delicious.
The kind of pasta made for long lunches, shared plates and a glass or two that somehow turns into a bottle.

You guys know the deal by now. One Sunday a month, we gather around the table for what might just be our favourite day at SōL.
Free flow mains. Proper gravy. Yorkshire puddings. Crispy pork belly. Roast lamb. Roast beef. Roasted chicken. Duck fat potatoes. All the classics, done properly and with one strict rule… absolutely no dry ass proteins.
This month, Chef Top has gone all out with a four course menu featuring snacks, starters, bottomless mains, free flow sides and a choice of desserts. Yes, as much protein as your heart desires.
Add a live DJ, gather your favourite people and settle in for an afternoon of lazy indulgence at your clubhouse restaurant.
Vegetarian? We’ve got you covered too.
