Thai or Myanmar nationality
Skills and experience
Strong cooking experience
Intention to grow into a Sous Chef role
Experience performing the duties and responsibilities listed above
Good English, good communication skills
Ability to organise space
Efficient planning
Work with Google Sheets
Duties and responsibilities:
Monitor ingredients quality, ensure dishes are prepared according to recipes and standards
Monitor staff performance and efficiency
Control storage: expiration time, storage temperature, pest control
Ensuring all tools, ingredients, and equipment are kept in designated locations
Control cleanliness: storage, kitchen, equipment
Inventory, ordering, receiving orders
Control: food waste, portion sizes
Planning: preparations and daily tasks

Salary
During first 3 months probation period: fixed rate ฿100 per hour
After 3 months: ฿110/hour (up to working hours) + ฿3000 (Sous Chef bonus)
10% total salary bonus after 1 year of employment
Work hours
Two shifts: morning (08:30–16:30) or evening (13:30–21:30)
5 days/week (low season), 6 days/week (high season)
