Saras, whose name stems from Sanskrit, meaning “with juice”, first opened in Bangkok in 2010 in Sukhumvit Soi 20. The menu at Saras is extensive, encompassing over 200 dishes ranging from a cross-selection of Indian regional delicacies including Indian-Chinese and Thai vegetarian food. At Saras, each dish is prepared by highly qualified chefs trained in their homeland and employing traditional pre

paration methods. In addition to in-house dining, Saras offers catering services for all kinds of corporate events, celebrations and weddings in Bangkok and around Thailand. Saras opened its first branch in Pattaya in 2012.
