อาคารไม้ที่มีเอกลักษณ์แห่งนี้ได้รับแรงบันดาลใจในการออกแบบมาจากโครงสร้างโรงงานแบบโมดูลาร์ (Modular Workshop) ที่ผสมผสานความเรียบง่ายตามแบบฉบับของ % Arabica เข้ากับงานฝีมืออันประณีตของชาวชวา โดยสะท้อนถึงสถาปัตยกรรมบ้านพักของเชื้อราชวงศ์แบบอินโดนีเซียดั้งเดิมและมรดกทางวัฒนธรรมจากยุคอาณานิคมเนเธอร์แลนด์ ความโดดเด่นของที่นี่อยู่ที่การเลือกใช้วัสดุและการใส่ใจในรายละเอียด ไม่ว่าจะเป็นหลังคากระเบื้องเคลือบแบบดั้งเดิม โครงสร้างไม้ท้องถิ่น งานไม้ที่ประณีต และอิฐดินเผาสีขาวนวล ซึ่งสะท้อนให้เห็นถึงความประณีตของวัสดุและหัตถศิลป์ชั้นเลิศได้อย่างชัดเจน

Today let’s and discover the beautiful % Arabica Jakarta Roastery.
The design of this unique wooden building is based on a modular manufacturing workshop layout that combines the pared-back codes of % Arabica with those of Javanese craftsmanship, referencing the archetypes of royal Indonesian dwellings and the heritage of Dutch colonial architecture. Traditional glazed tiles roofing, solid local wood framework, joinery and whitewashed terracotta bricks. This location highlights the rich material selection and excellent craftsmanship.
