We closed out with a group trip to Senegal, the westernmost country in Africa. Truly an experience of a lifetime, this trip catalyzed diasporic solidarity by fostering community and intercultural exchange. 🗽🚀🌍

We spent 10+ days immersing ourselves in all Senegal has to offer. We learned about the history of Black and indigenous people, explored the country’s contemporary arts scene, and delved into its Pan-African legacy.

We can’t wait to tell you all about it and share more, but for now here are some moments worth more than a thousand words.

A black tie event featuring a full-course meal lovingly prepared by Tashea Channell, of The Honcho Club, will be an offering to members of our community who enjoy the finer things in life but don’t want to break the bank.
