award winning handcrafted beers. Brewerkz's menu prides itself on handcrafted gourmet burgers including the Cowboy, King Brew, Bistro and the Mexicano. Every patty is hand-formed with a blend of New Zealand Black Angus beef and seasoning. For a depth of flavour that when combined with cheese, crispy bacon, sautéed mushrooms, onions and other accompaniments, makes for seriously a good bite. Other chefs’ recommendations on the menu include the Brewerkz Signature wings which guests can to pick a choice of their favorite sauce, as well as the juicy Baby Back ribs – glazed in homemade BBQ sauce! Brewerkz is committed to making high quality craft beer that embodies spirit and flavour of traditional brewing. The beer styles range from the light and refreshing Golden Ale to a full-bodied award winning XIPA and a dark and hearty Oatmeal Stout. Since 2004, Brewerkz has been receiving an impressive number of beer awards including the World Beer Cup medal for Best English Style IPA 2014, Asia One People’s Choice Award 2012 and Top Beer in Singapore for Oatmeal Stout, XIPA and Top Brewer in Singapore for 4 consecutive years by Ratebeer.com.

Fresh Pours, Wild Views. Brewerkz Opens at Mandai 🍻🍃

Brewerkz and are partnering to bring a dedicated craft beer experience to Owa Bistro — a cosy cafe, laid-back beer garden with a grab-and-go counter that makes it the perfect spot to start your day with coffee, recharge after exploring, or unwind into the evening.

As part of the collaboration, Mandai will operate a Brewerkz-branded bar at Owa Bistro, serving a curated selection of craft beers, including an exclusive brew — pouring your way sooner than you think. From family outings to catching up with friends, we're glad to be part of your Mandai experience. Because great days out deserve great beers too.

OWA Bistro opens from 8am-9pm daily (last order at 8pm), with beers and food available from 10am onwards.

Ever wondered how beer gets its golden yellow colour?

It starts with malted barley, the grain that gives beer its colour and character. At the brewery, when the mash begins, the grain releases its natural sugars and colour into the brew, creating that bright golden hue in every pour.

We recently hosted a corporate Lo Hei dinner at Brewerkz Seletar Aerospace Park, tucked away in the calm surroundings of Seletar.

As the evening set in, our space became the perfect setting for colleagues to gather, reconnect, and celebrate the new year together.

Seletar Aerospace Park: Closed on 16–18 Feb

Woodleigh Mall: Closed on 17–18 Feb

East Coast Park: Open from 10 am–11 pm on 17–18 Feb

All other outlets will be open according to regular operating hours.

It’s the last day of Singapore Airshow 2026 ✈️

If you’re making your final rounds between the flight displays and ground exhibits, come cool off with a beer before the show wraps.

We’ve been pouring our event specials all week, including Hopforce Tropical Lager, brewed specially for the show. It’s light, crisp and super refreshing with a bright citrus lift that’s perfect in the heat.

Flying high on flavour without the alcohol, ALT Zero is our non-alcoholic NEIPA packed with juicy tropical notes and a smooth, easy-drinking finish.

Thanks for stopping by and drinking with us these past few days. The fun isn’t over yet: we’ll be serving these beers via taps and cans soon at our restaurants, so watch this space for more details! 🍻

To celebrate Asia’s biggest aerospace event, we’ve specially brewed two beers:

Introducing Hopforce, a Tropical Lager which is light, crisp, and easy-drinking, with bright citrus notes and a breezy finish that keeps things smooth from first sip to last.

Meanwhile, ALT Zero, our Non-Alcoholic NEIPA, brings big hop energy without the alcohol,
bursting with juicy tropical flavours and a silky mouthfeel.
