Awesome Deals is an upcoming Food Delivery and Marketplace app which is currently present in Kuala Lumpur and Penang, Malaysia. The company is aiming to be the next preferred platform in Singapore where one can seek to Awesome Deals whenever he/she is looking for Food Delivery or Product to the doorsteps at a complete convenience.
Job Description :
Provide business administration support to Business Operations and Strategic Partnerships department . This also includes providing assistance to the CEO whenever required during the day to day operations.
Provide day to day operational controls and upkeeping of processes standards and records via the company's dedicated system.
Provide support in the digital transformation of work streams which includes updating of SOP, T&Cs and generating of reports etc.
Carrying out general administrative and supporting duties.
You should possess:
Diploma of at least 2 year of relevant experience
Computer literate (Microsoft Words, Excel, Gdrive and Customized back-end management systems)
Good organisational and communication skills
Able to speak and write English fluently and proficiently.
Able to work efficiently in an fast paced environment.
