Chimichanga burst onto the scene in 2016 as one of the first casual Sing-Mex restaurants. We have gained a reputation for our unique, Singapore-inspired twist on traditional Mexican cuisine, incorporating Mexican spices and flavours while catering to the Singaporean palate, which they refer to as "Sing-Mex". Starting with our flagship outlet in Little India, Chimichanga has expanded its presence to 3 outlets across Singapore, including Chimichanga Holland Village and Chimichanga Paya lebar. With three outlets across Singapore, we’re proud to offer diners a good variety of hearty bites such as Burritos, Tacos, Quesadillas and Chimichangas. We also caters to fancier items such as the crowd-favourites Ribeye Steak and Lamb Cutlets. To go with any meal, diners can enjoy hand-crafted cocktails which include the signature Margaritas and an in-house craft beer, Neon Donkey Cerveza (freshly brewed in Singapore).

We made it official at Raffles City! 🎉

Chimichanga Raffles City, our 7th and flagship outlet celebrated its Grand Opening yesterday evening.

It was a great honour to mark the occasion with our distinguished Guests of Honour: H.E. Agustín García-López Loaeza, Ambassador of Mexico to Singapore; H.E. Jessica María López Piña, Ambassador of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela; Ms Mandy Chiu, General Manager of Raffles City; and our Co-founder, Aaghir Yadav.

This one feels extra special. ❤️

2026 marks 10 years of Chimichanga. From our humble beginnings at our very first spot in Little India in 2016 to seven outlets across Singapore today.

We were incredibly honoured to celebrate this milestone in the presence of Their Excellencies and distinguished representatives from the diplomatic community, alongside our valued partners, friends and family who have been part of our journey.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us yesterday, and to everyone who has supported Chimichanga over the past decade.
